Make mistakes, not regrets.

As I’m here now speaking aloud, eating myself away with a whole box of pizza and a blue razz rockstar. Again, skipping class with deep remorse. Lack of motivation, focus, more seemingly feeling overwhelmed. Life is hard… yet beautiful. Full of remorse, hate, jealously, and love. Sometimes… or…well… most of the times, I feel happy, yet lost and sad. I’m sure we all feel some sort of way, but more importantly what are we doing to overcome these sense of… emotions?

So… the obvious question is, not only how do you overcome these obstacles throughout life, but more importantly how to adapt and overcome them throughout your lifetime. I personally have gone through…well… lets just say, lots of ups and downs. I’m sure many people struggle in life… in a way.

Find yourself. Really knowing who you are as a person comes into place with controlling yourself mentally and physically. If truly finding yourself means to be alone, then shall it be. Giving off positive vibes. Showing a positive attitude, no matter who its going towards. Whether you’re struggling financially, mentally, or physically always find the good in bad.

Set yourself up for accomplishments and goals. Waking up with a positive attitude or even getting through the day. Something simple. 2019 my goals and accomplishments are… instead, let’s say new day or even new week, my goals and accomplishments are… start small. Dont overwhelm yourself. Just take it day by day. Most of all, acceptance. Accept who you are. Its ok, we’re only human. Make mistakes, not regrets. Stay strong!
